- Strict checking of entries of vehicles/persons on all gates with I/D card & passes.
- Patrolling by the staff on bikes of the whole areas of duties.
- Security staff to check passes of all the persons working in the area.
- To keep strict eye on vendors, beggars, un-authorized persons, servants and labours working in under construction houses.
- During duty hours, un-necessary use of mobile by security staff to be ensured is strictly prohibited.
- Security staff to remain always be polite and salute while checking any person or vehicle.
- Security staff is bound to immediately inform seniors about any illegal activity in the area.
- Security staff must be having knowledge or by face who are residents and who are outsiders.
