  • Passing of bills/vouchers for payments/issuance of cheques.
  • To monitor the lease money and to keep record of leased property.
  • Receipt of Rents from private agencies, banks, shops, vendors, nurseries etc. and issuance of notices to defaulters.
  • WECHS Tax matters with FBR
  • Issuance of N.O.C for property transfers.
  • Preparation of computerized pay bills, vouchers, deductions, income tax, union fund, loans etc. of all employees
  • Issuance of computerized, water supply, sewerage & services Bills to all residents and keep upto date record of payments.
