3. Dues Status from Accounts Branch
(The information get verified from account branch 2 'with in society office' by the owner himself on the face of application)
4. CNIC Copy without expiry date
5. Transfer Letter Copy
6. Fee Challan
The fee challan of JS BANK should be copied of the both side (front & back)
