Functions

  • To maintain record of property relating to members of the Society.
  • Preparation of property documents (allotment/possession letters, , lien marking letters and valuation letters etc)
  • To maintain record of taxes like stamp duty, CVT, TMA, Withholding Tax etc.
  • To ensure receipt of all the dues like, Membership Fee, Transfer/Possession Fee, Masjid Fund, NOC fees, ownership checking fees etc as per policy.
  • Scanning of property related files of all Society members for computerization and to safeguard the record.
  • Processing and to verify property documents and transfer cases in a professional manner.
  • To keep liaison with other departments like LDA, Registrar Cooperative Department in connection with property related cases/matters.
  • Transfer of property through Biometric system.
  • Transfer of plots/houses/shops, issuance of possession letters to owners and to maintain proper record and related correspondence/liaison with Cooperative Department/LDA.
  • To handle legal heirs cases/power of attorney related transfer cases minutely in consultation with legal branch and approvals from higher ups.
